E-commerce is primarily a logistical task relating to the management of fluxes from suppliers to customers. As e-commerce activity develops, new obstacles emerge and management of these challenges requires the right tools. The task is even more complex in the case of online shops operating with multiple suppliers and customers, in several countries (cross border trade).
